E. Scott Williams

Mr. Williams is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire and serves as the Treasurer of The Soldiers Fund. Scott was educated at the Governor Drummer Academy, graduating Cum Laude in 1974 and holds an ALB, Cum Laude from The Harvard University School Extension School.

Scott served as the Vice Chair of the New Hampshire Democratic Party from 1987-1991 and was a candidate for U.S. Congress in 1988. Since 1988, Scott had owned PACT Consulting - a political and technical firm consulting to political candidates in New Hampshire at all levels.
