Joseph Hegenbart
Mr. Hegenbart has over 40 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. He currently serves as a Senior Vice President-Director in NorthMarq Capital’s Boston Office. NorthMarq provides both debt and equity solutions to commercial real estate investors, has an annual production volume of $13 billion and a loan servicing portfolio of more than $45 billion, making Northmarq one of the largest privately held mortgage banking firms in the United States.
Joe earned his undergraduate degree from The College of the Holy Cross and his MBA degree from Boston University. Upon graduation from the College of the Holy Cross, Joe was commissioned into the US Navy, serving for 5 years, during which time he served 2 tours of Vietnam.
He resides in Boston with his wife, Kathleen. They have two children, and four grandchildren. Joe has enjoyed his experience serving in various positions as a Board Member of several non-profit organizations including Hospice-at-Home, Pope Saint John Seminary, and University Club of Boston.
